Urgent requirement: LGV Class 1 driver (North Carolina)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Buncombe County, North Carolina. The job is at a container freight yard. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Confident with manual handling and load securing • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Day to day you will present documents at weighbridges and check posts; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off.
