Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Your main tasks: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
