Domestic gas engineer — Louisa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Louisa County, Virginia. You will be based in a gas distribution network. Day to day you will run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. What we are looking for: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration 1+ years on the tools preferred. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
