Aluminium tig welder • Logan County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Logan County, Kentucky. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
