Shuttering and concrete hand • Lonoke County, Arkansas

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Lonoke County, Arkansas. You will be based on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,500 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
