Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will work at an accident repair centre. Your main tasks: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
