Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska. You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Your main tasks: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
