Immediate opening: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Burnet County, Texas. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Your main tasks: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling Requirements: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Rotating shifts. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
