Lift maintenance fitter — Schoolcraft County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. Day to day you will install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Valid driving licence for site call-outs At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
