Powder coating sprayer wanted in Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Montgomery County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Six days a week, one day off.
