Now hiring: we are hiring a dumper truck operator in Ibeno, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based at a stone quarry. You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; check for underground cables and services before digging; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines.
