Now hiring: vehicle body repairer (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Geneva County, Alabama. The job is in a smash repair workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
