Restaurant steward • Russell County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Russell County, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Full-time with occasional weekends.
