Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Siskiyou County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Siskiyou County, California. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. On the job you will handle: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
