Great opportunity: road roller operator (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. You will work at a landfill site. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; check for underground cables and services before digging; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Full-time, day shift.
