Horticulturist wanted in Oswego County

Join our team: we are hiring a horticulturist in Oswego County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Day to day you will operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
