Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Volusia County, Florida. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
