Vacancy available: we are hiring a tig welder in Covington County, Mississippi. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Your main tasks: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
