Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Warren County, Mississippi. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits.
