We are recruiting: we are hiring a machinist in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will work in a textile and apparel unit. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines The role involves trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
