Stainless steel welder wanted in Lee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lee County, Iowa. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Own basic hand tools and PPE On a typical shift you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
