Now hiring: machine operator (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator in Essex, England. You will work in a food processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Check products against the sample for colour, size and finish • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £14 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
