We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ben Hill County, Georgia. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
