Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Forsyth County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
