Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Rotating shifts.
