Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Montgomery County, Iowa. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Day-to-day duties: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover 5+ years on the tools preferred.
