Great opportunity: we are hiring a JCB operator in Gada, Sokoto State. The job is at a plant hire yard. You will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
