Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a tool room. You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; write and edit G-code programs at the control; load and index turning tools in the turret. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
