We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Louisa County, Iowa. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Meals and transport allowance provided.
