Now hiring: gas commissioning technician (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Your main tasks: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
