Vacuum press operator — Columbia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Columbia County, Florida. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Give each garment a final press before packing Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Rotating shifts.
