Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
