Escalator technician • Tucker County, West Virginia

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Tucker County, West Virginia. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
