Industrial sewing operator • Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State

Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. You will be based in a textile and apparel unit. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching We offer ₦145,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
