Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in North Northamptonshire, England. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
