Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 3+ years on the tools preferred.
