Back-of-house cleaner — Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Brown County, South Dakota. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
