Ideal candidate: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks 2+ years on the tools preferred.
