Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Haakon County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam On the job you will handle: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
