Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Whitley County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks You should have: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
