CNC programmer-operator • City of Norfolk, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in City of Norfolk, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Requirements: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
