Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Kent County, Delaware. Day-to-day duties: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Rotating shifts.
