Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Anderson County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Performance bonus on top of base pay.
