Crawler crane operator wanted in Marlboro County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Marlboro County, South Carolina. Day to day you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of hand and radio signals We offer $8,750 per project plus benefits.
