Elevator repair technician — Moody County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Moody County, South Dakota. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Your main tasks: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
