Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Shoshone County, Idaho. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
