Digger driver wanted in Piscataquis County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a digger driver in Piscataquis County, Maine. You will work at a road and highway construction project. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day to day you will work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse.
