Road roller operator wanted in Benzie County

Join our team: we are hiring a road roller operator in Benzie County, Michigan. You will work on a busy construction site. Day to day you will work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; check for underground cables and services before digging; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift. Requirements: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
