Cake decorator wanted in Mkpat Enin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mkpat Enin, Akwa Ibom State. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
