Gardener wanted in Mills County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gardener in Mills County, Iowa. You will be based in a botanical garden. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Happy to work outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds 4+ years on the tools preferred.
